Locations: Pirate’s Pit Stop & Emporium de Coconut – Downtown Nassau / Nassau Cruise Port

Do you have great people skills and a love for island life?    We're looking for a hardworking, reliable,

and outgoing General Worker to join our team across both of our exciting locations—Pirate’s Pit Stop

and Emporium de Coconut.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with energy and enthusiasm

• Learn and explain all products to guests confidently

• Assist with packaging and labeling products

• Keep both stores clean, neat, and well-stocked

• Follow daily instructions and complete assigned tasks

• Maintain a high standard of organization in displays and back stock

• Wear your uniform and pirate outfit proudly!

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

• Must have a valid police certificate

• Must have valid Food Handlers Certificate

• NIB card

• MUST be a Bahamian Citizen or authorized to work in The Bahamas.

Job Details

• Hours: 24 to 40 hours/week

• Pay: $6.50/hour (Bahamas minimum wage)

• Performance-based raises available 

• Keep 100% of your tips

• Uniform and pirate gear provided

• In-house training—no prior product knowledge needed!
