This position advertises earnings of up to $1,500 per month, which is performance-based and must be earned.

All new hires begin at minimum wage during a probationary period.

Your earnings will be determined by your ability to consistently demonstrate:

• Speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• Accuracy in preparing coffee and food items

• Strong customer service and communication

• Ability to engage customers and support sales

We are typically able to assess performance early in the probationary period. Team members who demonstrate strong and consistent performance may be considered for increased earnings during this timust be earned.

TRAINING & OPPORTUNITY

All team members, regardless of prior experience, receive the same structured training.

Barista experience is not required. However, the ability to learn quickly and follow instructions accurately is essential.

You will be trained to prepare a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to our standards. This is a key part of the role, and attention to detail is extremely important.

In addition, we offer a range of retail coffee products from different countries. Team members are expected to develop strong product knowledge in order to:

• Accurately explain different types of coffee

• Recommend products to customers

• Support retail sales through confident communication
